4/4 (Colour throughout) Colour printing is produced from using 4 process colours Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Black. From these, we can produce any full colour image and hence the terminology 4/4 is used to indicate colour on the front of the booklet and the reverse.
4/1 (colour cover, black and white reverse) Colour printing is produced from using 4 process colours Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Black. From these, we can produce any full colour image. When only black printing is necessary, we only require one black film and hence the terminology 4/1 is used to indicate colour on the front of the booklet and black and white on the reverse.

Note: you will require a clear tray for this option.
4/0 ( colour without reverse printing) Colour printing is produced from using 4 process colours Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Black. From these, we can produce any full colour image. When no printing is necessary, we do not require any films and hence the terminology 4/0 is used to indicate colour on the front of the booklet and white on the reverse.
