For every CD and DVD release you must ensure that you have the correct
licensing and copyright clearances. Therefore a valid MCPS Licence or
indication of no claim from MCPS is required. Download forms here
If the audio is all your own music, we will need you to fill out an Intellectual Property Rights form (pdf) and would recommend that you register your music with MCPS as well to ensure that future royalties due on your work can be allocated.

Both of these will need to be done prior to manufacturing. The MCPS usually take about 7-10 days to process an application so please apply in plenty of time as it will hold up your delivery if not done before we start the glass mastering.
